Verification of ASP Technology
ASP technology has undergone a number of technical reviews by local and international experts in the field of isotope separation, as well as a number of investors due diligences, among others DTI (South African Department of Trade and Industry), TIA (Technology Innovation Agency), IDC (South African Industrial Development Corporation) and IAEA (International Atomic Energy Association). Due to the dual purpose nature of the technology these reports are classified, but can be made available in the due diligence phase of the proposed engagement. The technical merits of ASP were subjected to scrutiny in technical due diligence processes, to professional and technical specialists at the North West University, the University of Pretoria, the Nuclear Energy Corporation of South Africa (NECSA) and the National Metrological Laboratory at the CSIR locally; and internationally at Princeton University USA and Stanford University USA; and have received the highest compliments and endorsement befitting for 'break through' technology. The financial and commercial due diligence and assessment for different business ventures were established at a number of occasions by individuals and financial institutions of major standing: JP Morgan of New York; Price WaterHouse Coopers Inc. (PWC); leading mineral economists, a specially appointed consulting group of the Department of Minerals and Energy; TSC Capital; Innovation Fund; Westinghouse of USA; Isosilicon of Norway; MEMC of USA; etc. | |
